my access has been cut off although I have a current activation key. I had a message on my computer recently regarding trial period running out so contacted you and was told that my access was current until 12/9/14.

Hi, can you tell me if you have pro or free license key? Also what exactly do you see in your error message?
I have a free licence key (valid to 12/9/2014). The message states, “Your demo period has expired. Please obtain a valid emClient licence from http://www.emclient.com/purchase”. it then goes on to say I can only access my emClient file offline . Online service will be resumed once I have a licence, which I already have!
And have you activated it in eM Client - Help - License?
