Free user but still asked what to do???

Systems keep asking what to do???

I have signed up for free using , but even still there is every time a pop up what to do and what to choose?  EM client will end within 4 days… Please help me with this. It’'s about [email protected]

Hi, your eM client is most likely in demo mode currently, if you’d like to activate the product with the free license you’ve registered for, please navigate to Help > License > Activate, use the activation key received after your registration and activate the product.
