Format e-mail by create from other app

Hello,
I’m using M-Files DMS software. I have many functions in M-Files there create a new message in default mail client and fill links or documents as attachment.

I have the message templates and signatures in eM Client. The template is OK by manually using.
But if M-Files create a new message, there are’nt set the correct properties - font and size, color, the format of signature.

In Settings - Templates and Signatures is checked option “Apply a template and signature to messages sent from other applications”. So, content is OK, format no.

There was another post recently (can’t find it now, sorry) where a similar issue was solved by setting the reply format to HTML

Thanks, I changed automatic detection to HTML and all is OK - creating message is formated.
