This version of eM Client is newer than what your saved license details permit.
To continue using eM Client you will have to renew your license or exit now and downgrade to a version lower than 9.9.0.0.
If you proceed now, your database will be updated and you will need to either buy the upgrade or manually export all your data separately to keep it while downgrading.
If you purchased the upgrade in the last 24 hours your local license data in the eM Client could be out of date. In such a case, the license information will be updated after you proceed.
I have 3 days left before my annual business subscription renews so it cannot be that. I have onlt used eM Client for 14 months and have always used the current version (10+). I am currently not able to send/receive ANY emails.

As you advised you have been using V10+ for 14months then you might have possibly had a eg: Beta version which has expired “as the official V10 was only released in July 2024”.
So suggest as you have an active paid Business subscription for 3 more days, then go to the VIP support page and login and lodge a support ticket to have your V10 license checked.
I had to rebuild my PC - looks like the annual subscription doesn’t cover the current version? That’s wild - I pay a fee every year but can only use the software version i originally subscribed to?
If you had previously purchased V9 (without the lifetime upgrades), then you are entitled to all V9 updates but not V10.
If you purchased V9 (with lifetime upgrades) then you are entitled to all V9, 10, 11 etc updates.
Now as you advised you purchased V10, and it’s not covering the current version, then you need to have your license checked to see why it’s not.
As I said previously, it might have only been a eg: V10 Beta you had installed “prior to the actual V10 release”, and you might only have a paid license for V9 (non Lifetime) which could explain why.
So as previously mentioned, go to the VIP support page and login and lodge a support ticket and eM Client support will get back to you.
