I was so happy to see that all my existing folders from my (paid) yahoo account downloaded, but they’re empty!~ How do I get the contents to download?
sorry for the belated reply, are you receiving any error messages?
Can you please go to Tools > Operations > Log and copy the content of the Log file into a text file and send it to me by email to email@example.com
Also if you could go to Tools > Settings > Advanced and turn on IMAP logging for the problematic account.
Save the settings and restart the application if the folders won’t load go back to the Advanced Settings and click on “Send Logs”, please add my email to copy of the Log email.
