Folder structure - avoid "shoe more"

I am not quiet familiar with the way the folder strukture in eM Client works. I have a group of “system” folders (inbox, sent, …), the a group of favorites and then the main group of folders in the “show more” section. When I create a new folder for, it is placed outside the “show more” and placed i the “system” group and I cannot get it moved to the “show more” section.

a) can I avoid having the structure with “show more” and just have a flat structure?
b) how do I get the folder out of the “system” group when creating a new folder?
c) in generel, how do I move between the “system” group and the “show more”?

Hi John, the More section contains hidden folders, so to remove a folder from the “More” section, right-click it and select “Show” (instead of “Hide”).

Alternatively, you can right-click the account name, choose Show/hide folders, to change the setting for all folders in one place.

There is also a new setting planned for the upcoming version 11 that will allow the “More” section to be disabled completely.
