I have a Live/MSN email account and use Outlook on Microsoft Edge and continually receive email from my own email address which is SPAM. I have tried filtering it by creating a rule stating that all email sent from this address be deleted but it does not seem to be working.

We’re sorry for the inconvenience. Could you please check that there is no malware on your computer that could be sending out spam e-mails? Can you see these messages in your Sent folder? You can export one of these messages into .eml (right click on the message -> ‘Save As…’) and send it to [email protected] for us to have a look.
