Whenever I try to send an email to multiple recipients the email does not send to everyone; only the first 7-8. The message comes back saying “Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients.” It then lists each email address that it failed to send to with the comment ‘Too many recipient’ each time.
Hello Richard, can you please make a screenshot of this message that’s being returned and submit it to us here on the forum for more information? What mail service are you using with eM Client? Is it possible your Mail service vendor has a maximum limit setup for mass mail and thus you may be unable to submit a mass mail to recipients over a certain number?
Have you tried using the mass mail feature in eM Client? To send as mass mail, add your recipients and select Send > Send as Mass Mail in the compose message window, mass mail essentially sends the message to each recipient separately so the recipient limit should be ignored - hopefully.
