to enter my office 365 account I get the following error:

Hi, this means you’re probably not using the correct credentials (the spanish translation may not be entirely correct here).
Are you using domain name as a username for your account possibly? Are you sure you’re using the correct credentials?

I have the same problem and I am using the correct credentials. I can login to my Office 365 email account online and in Outlook, but not in eM Client. 

Hello Julien, this topic is a bit outdated, since it was posted in October, can you please check the version of eM Client you’re currently using on your computer, please check the exact release number in Help > About? Are you using any security software on your computer, that may have disabled the application’s ability to connect to the Exchange server?
