failed handshake due to unknown packet

When I try to connect and download messages, I get the error that the em could not connect because of a failed handshake due to unknown packet format.

can you please send us ([email protected]) logs through menu (if you have our 3.0 version) Tools->Settings->Logging, check Network communication and press Send Logs. Thanks. This should help us to resolve the issue in more detailed way.

Nice feature that logging, its a shame it doesn’t create any log files?? I am experiencing the same failure to handshake:

And I tried to send you the logs but it doesn’t create any?? Is this a bug on the debug tool?

The only check box I put in was for Network as was requested above.

the instructions to proper log creation are: go to menu Tools->Settings->Logging, check Network communication, restart eM Client, try to simulate the issue and then click Send Logs in the same logging settings window. I’m sorry, the instructions above are too old and incorrect.
