fail to send emails

When I send messages, they are kept in out box and unread folder, and seem not to be sent.
Could you help me, please?

send us logs please: go to menu Tools->Settings->Logging and check “SMTP” under the problematic account. Then restart eM Client, try to simulate the issue (send a mail) and send us (with reference to this topic) the logs using the same logging settings window. Thank you.

I checked SMTP and tried to stimulated the issues but it still doesnt work…

how can I send you the logs?
even if I click “send logs…” tab, it is not sent because that is the problem.

These days the pop up saying operations appears.
It has three tabs, operations, Errors and Log.
I wanted to attache the popup but screenshot doesnt work here, does it?

you can login to your email in browser and send us the log along with the screenshot from there. The log should be saved here: C:\Users%Current User%\AppData\Roaming\eM Client\Logs
