Hi! I need to export my eMail to an excel spread sheet. Would that be .vcf under export files? Don’t want to make a big mistake here and I’m not too familiar w/ this.

it is not possible to export emails into excel completely. You can export the list of the them into csv - after you select the emails, right click on one of them and from the context menu select export->csv. However only the subject of the emails are exported.
