Let’s suppose you have 10 emails to export. When exporting the emails the application asks to define the folder for exporting them. The 1st time all is OK. If you try another time the application notifies that will overwrite the contents of the folder. What a surprise! Nothing is overwritten but the application creates a duplicate or triplicate and so on file of each email. Only the new ones are shown correctly in the folder.
