We recently began using eM Client in our office and the professional version was purchased for a couple of our computers. However, the account is still listed as a demo and the message about expiring in 2 days popped up again even after this error occurred previously and was supposed to have been resolved. Please assist with ensuring the account is active and let us know what we may need to correct on our end to prevent this problem again.
If you go to Menu > Help > License, you can enter the activation key you received when you purchased the Pro License. Click on Activate and paste the activation key.
If a Free License has already been activated, then you need to click on Deactivate first.
