Both my accounts have exclamation marks and neither are receiving any mail. I have checked the settings and they are fine. The problem is in eM Client. I looked at my accounts online at my provider and the emails are being received there. Can anyone please suggest a fix?

Please go to Menu > Operations > Log, click Copy log, paste it into an empty text file, and send it to [email protected] (ideally along with a link to this thread so I know what you are referring to).
