Hello, sorry to see this, can you please try to download this update and check if the issue persists, 6.0.22336.0 , we’ve included a couple of Exchange fixes in the latest updates.
If the issue persists, do you think you could try to create some logging data for us to help us resolve this problem?
What version of Exchange are you using on your mail server? How large is the attachment you’re trying to download? Is it possible to download the attachment after a couple of requests eventually?

Hi, I can fix this problem by repire inbox folder is work can open and save attachment all mail and update to last version v.6.0.22344.0

Glad you were able to resolve the problem, can you however please check if the issue occurs when you move an item using a rule or if it reoccurs?
This issue has been recorded with some Exchange users, however we’re unable to replicate it in order to resolve the problem at the moment.
