I encounter some issues today. I am sending an attachment and exceeded the limit. The email was not sent and i can’t find the file in Outbox folder. I restarted eM Client several times but still not showing up.

I need help how to delete the email that failed.

First, enable Local Folders by selecting Menu > Settings > General > General > Show Local Folders.

Then delete the message from the Local Folder Outbox.
