I used eM client for more or less 4 years. Now my boss decided to change to Microsoft Exchange. I need to pass all the emails (21000) to Exchange. I created the new account on eM client and everything works fine but I noticed that some emails (the ones with bigger attachment…for example 50 MB) were not imported. Do you know if there is some limits in this kind of upload? In the log of the error the message is something like “Exhange Web Services – System.net.webexception: timeout”.
What do you suggest to do?

what account were you transferring those emails from? Have you moved them over eM Client or differently? Can you copy the full text of the error for me and add the Log content to it? Which version of eM Client are you running? Thank you.

Thanks for the reply. I found the problem. The new Exchange server has a limit of 36 MB so every email over that limit was blocked. The person in charge of Exchange removed that limit and the migration of the email was completed with success.
