My inbox syncs to about a year ago and then stops with the following error:
8:36:31 AM MailExceptions.OperationException: Synchronizing folder ‘[email protected]/Inbox/’ failed due to the following error: Virus detected in the message. —> Microsoft.Exchange.WebServices.Data.ServiceResponseException: Virus detected in the message.
Can I get it to skip this virus laden message or give me more details so I know what to look for?
Hello Yanal, can you please make a screenshot of the error you’re referring to, copy the whole log content from the log tab in operations and submit it both to us here on the forum?
What version of eM Client are you currently using on your computer, can you please check the exact release number in Help > About?
