Exchange server won't authenticate

After all kinds of frustration with outlook I have migrated to emclient. I like what I see so far.
I have one big problem however. I can’t seem to connect with one of my accounts.

The server doesn’t seem to want to authenticate.

The server reply is simply “”
I know I am putting in the right details. Also these are the same details that I used in outlook and it works fine, other than the fact that I hate outlook.

Go to Menu > Account and remove this account.

Then set it up again by clicking on the Add Account button and entering the email address in the Automatic Setup.

When the account is setup, do you still get this error?
