Exchange calendar not syncing - new trial account - selected 'Exchange'

Exchange mail is syncing - calendar and contacts are not.

I selected EXCHANGE and not auto detect during set up. However i also manually entered outlook servers as it originally pulled incorrect host server names.

I have tried to re-add again.

Still the same problem.

Please advise - my accounts are business accounts.
