Exchange accounts not syncing

I am evaluating eM Client for use at a company and have noticed that certain accounts aren’t syncing. I think it might be something to do with mailbox size. When it receives the folder list it retrieves the list and then stops working before syncing the Inbox.

The process then sits at around 50% CPU and is unresponsive forcing me to end it through task manager.

The same account will work if I use outlook.com as the account type and manually change the server though.
