Exchange 2010 Sync & Mobile Phone Issues

There’s a problem with the synchronization. When deleting or reading an email from a mobile phone or from OWA, EMClient does not update it.
You have to delete it again or mark it as read directly from EMClient.
Exchange version: 2020
EMClient Version: 7.2.36908.0

is there a solution?

There are some issues with syncing deleted items on Exchange, and they have apparently been fixed in the next version. 

Keep an eye on the Release History for any new version released.
