EWS sync Time zone invalid

Using eM Client to connect to my workplace Exchange Server. Each time I get an appointment there is a sync message saying the time-zone is invalid. I read the previous posts here and I know I am not alone with this issue. My system time zone is set correctly, and I was assured by our admin that the server’s time-zone is configured correctly as well and I have no reason not to believe him.
There is no option to change the time zone to play with so right now this is the only issue stopping me from buying. Please, address this issue and get a new paying customer.
