Hi Jenifer, what mail service are you using? Are you using IMAP or POP for receiving emails (You can check this in Tools > Accounts > Your Account, if there’s an IMAP tab, you’re using IMAP, if a POP3 tab is present, you’re using POP3)?

Can you see the messages on the server? Try to login into your webmail and check if the emails are present in the mailbox…

I can’t begin to say how stressed I am…I can’t seem to log in to my cox…I know I have an account and I stored my log in info in one of my folders…which is NOT IN MY IN BOX!!!
did you not get my answer??
I’m afraid that without you being able to access the webmail, I can’t move much further, you need to have the correct login credentials, maybe try to regain your password using the “I forgot my password” option, etc.
