Every time I restart eM I have to re-enter my license key. Doesn't seem to store it forever.

If I restart my computer or sometimes even if I restart the eM app I have to re-enter and activate my license key. It’s quite annoying.

I think I just figured it out. I didn’t realize the free license was only for one computer. I have the same gmail account configured in both PCs but I think each computer was deactivating the license on the other. Could not find that information on the main site, had to do some research to figure it out but think that’s what is going on.

yes seems like you did figure it out. As you said eM client license is only for one computer and if you use it on another computer the other one gets deactivated.

If you’re using both computers for personal use only you can get a second free license, otherwise you’d have to purchase a pro license.
