I’m a fairly new user but have run into an issue with events notifications. I set the delay to 5 or 15 minutes but after I click on the pop up notice, it pops up again in about a minute or two, sometimes a little longer. And it’s continuted to pop up after the event starts, although not every time. I checked settings and have “automatically dismiss reminders for past events” checked. It seems to me like the internal clock on these events doesn’t keep very accurate time so they pop up whenever. Maybe a bug that needs to be looked at.

As you have already set to automatically dismiss reminders, then presuming your OS system time & date is correct, could be you have an eg: older eM Client version that might possibly need updating.
So check that you are using the latest eg: V9 or V10 via the release history page. If you do update eM Client, make a manual backup first via “Menu / Backup” incase you need to restore for any reason. You can see when the backup is complete in Show Operations via clicking the drop-down on the right of Refresh.
Now if you already have the latest V9 or V10, then if you have a current active paid Pro or Personal version, go to the VIP support page and login and lodge a support ticket for official support.
I have version 10.1.4600 but use the free version of em Client. My OS system time and date are correct. Since I apparently can’t create a support ticket, is there anything else to be done to address this issue? I wonder if other free users of em Client have this same issue and would also benefit from a solution.
