evaluation ending

I’ve been given notice that I have 6 days left before my evaluation ends, I requested a Lisence # and told one per house. My problem is I don’t want to lose eM Client. Please tell me what did I do wrong ? Thank you.

Please tell me what email address did you use for license registration so I can check it in our licensing system. Thank you.

You have registered one Free license but the date of last execution is 6/14/2012.
Activate your eM Client with the original activation key - I will send it to you by mail.
