Hello
I have this error message
An internal server error occurred. The operation failed., Property: [Calc:PersonId] PersonId, PropertyErrorCode: CorruptedData, PropertyErrorDescription
Okay (Gary) internal server error … I allready red all the post without responses.
I don’t want to delete all the messages from my email account in the hope that it will remove this message. There is no clear indication of the origin of the problem. It seems that only Emclient is sensitive to this issue. I’ll have to set up a Thunderbird account to see if I encounter the same error. As I mentioned, I’m not the only one who has experienced this problem recently; it would be good to have a real answer. Thank you.
Rather, please contact your email provider for assistance. Once they fix the internal error on their server, your account will sync again without issue and without you having to delete anything.
I doubt that Microsoft will respond to such a request. On my other accounts, this would be resolved quickly. Unfortunately, I can’t test Thunderbird because it requires a paid extension. I’ll check with my client’s email administrator to see if they can submit a request to Microsoft. If the issue persists, I’ll switch to a different email client.
Well, I tried deleting and recreating the Exchange account in Emclient, but without success. In webmail access, I moved all my messages from 2024 to a folder and deleted everything before the beginning of 2024, keeping only those from this month. Then I resynchronized Emclient. It’s working now. However, it crashes if I try to synchronize the folder where I have the archives. Note that accessing it from an iPhone client doesn’t pose any issues. So, there seems to be something specific to Emclient causing this problem. In short, it’s quite frustrating.
No, that won’t help because this is a server issue. With Exchange, just like IMAP, the data is stored on the server not in client application. With a server error, nothing you do in in the client application will make any difference and removing the account from the client won’t fix the server issue. You need to have the email provider fix this on the server.
