Incremental update was not possible…I’m using gmail…

Hello Sue,
Please go to your Contact tab (from the left menu in your eM Client) and for your gmail account right click on the directory labeled Contacts > Properties and then choose the Repair tab and click Repair.

If this doesn’t help, please take a screenshot of the error message and copy the content of the Log tab in Operations window.
