pleaseuninstall client, delete folder eM Client in C:\Users\your name\AppData\Roaming
download and install this newest version http://www.emclient.com/dist/v5.0.183… and let me know if it helps.

Unfortunately my email of the results sent Aug 10 to John did not show on the forum and I received no response.
