Every time I log in I get an 2 X error prompts? 1 X saying that [AirSync] Synchronizing has failed and the 2nd Deleting items in folder xxxxx.com/trash/ failed with error" none is invalidXmlNode typre line 8 position 8 ? I have tried clearing log, updating eM client and emptying the trash folder ? How do I fix this ???
Hi Graham, what version of eM Client are you currently using on your computer, can you please check for the exact version number in Help > About? Also please try to repair your trash folder, right click the folder and select Properties > Repair, and click on the “Repair” button.
Then please check if the issue persists,
I am running 6.0 21372.0. I did not know of the repair tool in properties. I will try it as a fix to the problem and let you know.
Was just cruising through the forum and found this thread. Even though eM Client had been restarted a couple times one folder was still missing a lot of emails. The folder Repair fixed it.
