Error messages

I am constantly receiving error messages since my trial was over and I have signed up for the free version. It will also no longer send emails.

Hi Mary, sorry for my belated reply, are you still having issues with this? What version of eM Client are you currently using on your computer, can you please try to update your eM client to this release and check if the issue persists?

following up, I’ve discussed the issue with one of our developers and they suggested to try and re-setup the account in eM Client. If this occurred after the account was working properly in eM Client, disable the account in the account settings and setup a new account using the automatic setup.

Let me know if the issue persists.
