Every day I get error messages for both my email accounts telling me the server cannot be accessed and my settings are incorrect. What can I do to make sure I am not missing anythins.
It’s not clear if you are you still receiving emails. Sometimes if there is a server delay, eM Client will timeout and throw the error message and will then have success. Unfortunately, there is no option in eM Client to lengthen the timeout period.
If this is the issue, you can turn off the error notifications by going to menu/tools/settings/general/general and in the Operations Window section, deselect “Show window when error occurs”. If this is not the issue, let us know so we can help figure out the problem.
