Error Message

I get an error message popup in operations which indicates "synchronizing folder…failed with an error: The remote server returned an error: (500) Internal Server Error. Any help? Thanks!

Hi, as mentioned in the error this is a server error, you can go to Tools > Settings > Advanced and turn on IMAP logging for your account, save the settings and restart the application, if the error occurs again, go back to the advanced settings window and click on “Send Logs”, send the logs to and please include a reference link to this forum topic.

From these logs we’ll be able to tell you more about this issue, but it should not be an issue with eM Client.
