I got this error message when I try to send emails.
Recieving mail works OK.
“The connection to the server has failed. Subject ‘arhdrzsh’, Account: ‘pop.online.no Hjemmemail’, Server: ‘smtp.online.no’, Protocol: SMTP, Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error: 10060, Error Number: 0x800CCC0E”
What is the solution??
please switch eM Client to english (if you have not it in english already) go to tools - settings - advanced, check SMTP under your account, apply and restart eM Client.
follow same steps which leads to your issue and when it will show send logs… to email@example.com together with this topic’s URL or subject.
after this you can turn logging off.

yes that is why I have asked to send me those logs so I can take a look at what is happening when you send your email.
this is not supposed to help now, but to help me identify core of your problem.
so far I have not received your email with logs, have you sent them or your issue disappeared and everything is okay now?
