I get this error message when sending from my outlook email address
[AirSync] Deleting items in folder ‘[email protected]/Contacts’ failed due to the following error: ‘EndElement’ is an invalid XmlNodeType.
Also none of my sends showing in the Send section.
Software USELESS without this.
Same here !!! I googled for almost the whole day and only found that repairing the [email protected] would fix it but to NO avail and as usual NOTHING NADA don’t know if its eM Client or Microsoft. It seams you need a Phd. in just email to figure it out.

I would suggest to go to “Menu / Accounts” and remove and readd your Outlook account and see if that fixes it. Also do any OS updates / patches.
Failing that, if you have a current active paid Pro or Personal version go to the VIP support page and login and lodge a support ticket to further investigate that
Hey there, long time no talk to! I hope you had a good weekend. I did a quick search for my answer that brought me here but I didn’t find what I was looking for but knew you’d know.
Somewhat related to the conversation you just responded to, I deleted and re-added my Outlook account and the calendar is working again. I guess it’s happening to more than me.
To my question: Per your advice to eddiecullen, I attempted to log into the VIP support page (thinking, since I have a license I’d be able to but I couldn’t log in. The reason I wanted to go to the forum is I had an error message pop up tonight (which I wasn’t smart enough to screenshot) that said that I didn’t have a license, x, y and z. But I do it shows under License. However, I can’t log in to the support page.
Have you seen this error before (as I’ve confirmed that the paid for version does include VIP support). While it seems like EMC is still working for me, I wish I could replicate the error message - it doesn’t explain why I can’t log in to the VIP support page though.
Update: I just noticed the calendar is broken again. This frustrating. Oh, and the original error message issue I was having last week where the calendar won’t auto-reply to the sender is back. It took me two days to re-download the 7GB database. Not happy.
Thanks,
Al

Click the “Lost password” under the VIP support page login and “enter your registered email address”. You will then get an email to reset your password.
If it doesn’t arrive, check your spam / Junkmail folder.

No I don’t remember ever seeing that error (EndElement’ is an invalid XmlNodeType). Need to be a programmer to know what it means. I’m just an end user so would need VIP support.
Thanks @cyberzork. I discovered that the Forum and the VIP section doesn’t share passwords. I found this out going back to the original email the discussed my license. I guess I forgot that.
I’m just frustrated that calendar sync issue returned. I’m two for two. First it was Yahoo and “Yahoo’s fault” now it’s Microsoft. Hopefully the VIP support has a better solution than to suggest I use Gmail.
Thanks for the reply!
You’re not alone. Long story short, I experienced a similar problem with my Yahoo account. Emails stuck in the Local outbox, and my calendar not working due to the CardDAV and CalDav mysteriously breaking after working for years. With no fix, I was forced to use another email provider’s calendar (Outlook). And, last Friday it also stopped working and emails were being stuck without sending. Delete the account and re-adding it solved nothing with respect to the calendar working. I suppose I’ll be told to use Gmail next.
