Every time i sign on i get error messages on syncing issues. my emails are working fine - but the messages are becoming very annoying and in some cases i need to shutdown program or force quit.

I have the same issue. It’s frequent throughout the day. I dismiss the error and move on and everything is fine, but the frequent error pop-ups waste time.

You can disable the error messages in Menu > Tools > Settings > General > Operations Window.
