I receive a long list of error messages (all as in the title above) every time I open Em. Is there a solution please. I’d be grateful for any advice. Many thanks
We’re sorry for the inconvenience. Could you please go to your Gmail webmail settings -> Labels and make sure your setting for Spam folder is ‘show’ and the checkbox ‘Show in IMAP’ is selected?
If that doesn’t help, we would please ask you to go to Menu -> Tools -> Settings -> Advanced -> Logging and turn on logging for ‘IMAP’ for the relevant account. Wait until the error appears and then please go to a folder where the logs are saved (default location is C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\eM Client\Logs), choose the log that has IMAP and relevant date in its name and send it to firstname.lastname@example.org with a link to this thread. We’ll examine the issue and will be able to advise further.
