Error Message from Server - can't create folder due to excessive spaces.


A custmer using the free version has typed in an invalid folder name. How can I remove the request to create the folder, as this occurs every time she starts the client

If this account is IMAP, delete the account from eM Client, check using the web interface for the account that the folder in not still there, add the account back to eM Client.

If it is POP3 you will need to first move the messages to Local Folders (Menu > Tools > Settings > General > Show Local Folders), then delete the account. After creating the account again, you can move the message from Local Folders back to the account folder.
