Here is a strange variation on a problem cited several times here. An error message pops up saying “Error Message Email recipient not excepted by the server”. This happens every time I open eM or the client checks the server for messages. However, what is strange is there is no message even attempting to go out – nothing in my outbox. Also, if I click “Ignore” and send/receive messages, the client is working perfectly … despite the error message! A minor inconvenience, but one I would like to solve.

Just an eM Client user here, but noticed toward the bottom of your log this:

Appears to me that the recipient’s email address is _ NOT _ being accepted _ at their server _ because of the email address (leave-fd4716797c0b5c392848-fe26177776…), itself, that there is a Syntax error that does not allow it.

Could be wrong, but, if I understand this correctly, you would need to use an appropriate email address for this particular recipient for them to receive email _ at their server _, as there appears to be something wrong with the current email address being used.  Are they in a list of recipients you send emails to or is it just someone you send to every day?  I think if you change their email to one that works or stop sending them emails, your problem may be solved, as you cannot control the recipient’s email server.

This could also explain why eM Client is working with everything else, that you still get and send email without any additional issues.

Addition info:  Also noticed you have that same email address listed as not deliverable several times in your log.  Apparently, eM Client keeps attempting to send this email out to that bogus address, thus causing it to show several times in your log.

Suggestion:  You might want to check your outgoing mailbox to see if you have an old message for that recipient there.  If you find it there, you might want to delete it so that you stop the error message from appearing.

Did you look in the Local Folders Outbox?

If you can’t see the Local Folders, you can enable them in Menu > Tools > Settings > General > Show Local Folders.
