Error message each time I open program

Every time I open eM Client it tells me there is a POP3 error.  I do the diagnostics and all is good.  This is pretty annoying, is there something I can do to fix it please?

I am just wondering as a new client, why this is such a hard problem to fix.  It appears I am not the only one that has this error.  There isn’t a time I open this program and don’t get the message.  Can it be fixed or am I looking at a different email program???
