Error in Gmail connection

Keep receiving the “attempt to connect to gmail failed” error.

It has been a problem from the beginning.

I also have issues with the client not syncing.  I usually go off line and then online and it corrects itself.

Please help.

Hello Matthew, I’m unfortunately not completely sure what error you’re referring to, can you please make a screenshot of the error and submit it to us here on the forum? What version of eM Client are you currently using on your computer, can you please check the exact release number in Help > About?

When the error occurs, can you please switch to the “Log” tab as well, copy the content of the log and submit it to us here on the forum?
