Error in Access Control (CalDAV/CardDAV-Folder)

After a new installation, the rights control of calendar or contact folders no longer works, see screenshot.
I have installed the latest version. 
On another, older computer it still works faultlessly.

On what version did you update? You can find it in Menu > Help > About.
Are you able to create the access control again in the new version?



I can’t open the Access control tab. 
The problem is only on new created accounts.

I tried to reproduce the issue but I only managed to get to it in Contacts folder but not in the Calendar. On what account did you experience it so I can test it more thoroughly?
