Hello Mariana,
We’re sorry for the inconvenience but your database has unfortunately been damaged and you’ll need to start with a new one. That means that your locally saved data will be lost, although if you have your data on the server or made backups regularly, it shouldn’t be a problem.
If eM Client can’t find the database folder in the default location (C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming) with the default name (‘eM Client’), it will create a new one. In order to start with a new database, simply turn eM Client off and rename the ‘eM Client’ folder in C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming to e.g. ‘eM Client old database’.
Regards,
Maurice
