Error box every couple of hours about junk mail

Love using Emclient. Great client. One problem. It looks like blacklisted emails can’t upload to junk folder so I just get error message all day. Any help is much appreciated.

In order for us to have a closer look at this, could you please go to_ Menu -> Tools -> Settings -> Advanced -> Logging_ and turn on IMAP logging for the account that displays the error message? Restart the application and the next time the error you are describing pops up, please go again to Logging, click on Send Longs and send them to my address [email protected]

Thank you for sending the logs. We have looked through them but it remains unclear why the server keeps rejecting these five e-mails. Could you please try deleting them locally from eM Client? If that doesn’t help, we would recommend contacting the server support.
