enter bug

Every time I start an email, after a couple of period if I press enter my email get stuck and I lost everything that I previously have written…

are you using the latest version of eM Client?
Please download the latest version of eM Client here - http://www.emclient.com/dist/latest/setup.msi
Current version is 7.0.27744.0, you can check the full number of your current installation in Help>About section.

If the issue still persists, please attach more information - does it happen with specific account?
Does the program freeze up completely?

Thanks for the reply . I will download the newer version and let you know.

It freezes just in the draft, but the problem is that you can’t undo so you end up with a blank email and you would need to rewrite it .

I’ll try the new version.

if you replicate the issue again, please go to your database (C:\Users%windows user account%\AppData\Roaming\eM Client) and send the cef.log file to [email protected] with a link to this forum thread.
