Ensure emClient is respecting GMail and Outlook Spam folders

I recently had a situation where some e-mail wound up in the GMail junk folder in emClient, but were not physically in the spam folder on GMail. They were in the Inbox. I want to ensure that emClient respects both GMail and Outlook’s selection of SPAM and not use its own decision-making.

Is there something I missed that I need to configure, or is emClient supposed to respect the spam selections by the service provider?


Hi, eM Client downloads emails and folders exactly like server sent them to it. You can try right click on your trash/junk folder and select properties - repair tab and repair button.
