I just downloaded your software today; I’m getting repeated requests for user name and password; I enter them and get endless requests for the same. what is this?
In the first place please open your account settings if you the password is correctly filled in in all the tabs (SMTP/IMAP/Calendar and contacts/Chat).
I’m sorry…I should have realized that it was my logon ID that was wrong; I didn’t use the email address, I used the user name. All is well now. -Eric M.
