Encoding problem on text pasting

Hi,
when i try to copy paste some text with accent , it result in encoding error : 

if i copy : 

Test : é - è - à - ç

It result in : 

Test : é - à ̈ - à  - ç

This problem occurs only inside em client. Meaning if i copy the sample text from a web page or notpad the pasting is ok.
But if i copy the text from an other email or a line i just type , the problem occurs.

I’m using em client 7.0.26687.0
